In 1974 I began racing at the age of 10. Aged 11 I was ranked 1st in United States and held this title undefeated until I was 15 years. At the age of 14 years I was the youngest person to ever turn BMX into my profession and was able to do this while still racing class (age group.) Since my days of racing professionally I was inducted into the US Bicycling Hall of Fame and dubbed as the most winningest rider in BMX History. During my time as a high performance coach I have trained some of the best riders in the world from John Purse multi pro BMX champion and Randy Stumphauser current 2009 ABA #1 Pro and winner of multiple pro BMX championships. I have trained multiple riders to help in their success, John Purse, 2 time NBL #1 Pro, ABA #1 Pro, UCI Pro World Champion..I trained John from 1994 through 2000. I trained the Guangzhou Chinese BMX team in 2004-2005 as they prepared to make their Olympic debut in 2008. I also Worked with Kyle Stan one the best amateur rider's the sport has ever seen 2008-2009. I have performed BMX training clinics for some 20 plus years and have worked with countless riders who have become champions.
